To the Ballard Family,Monroe was a great Christian man who was always willing to help anyone.We was very sad to hear of his passing,we will always remember the sweet things he would do for the elderly and youth here in Longview,TX at Growing Valley where he was a very faithful and devoted member.He was not only love by the church but the community,our thoughts and prayers goes out to the family.
