Ms. Collins will lie in state for visitation on Friday, June 26, 2026, between the hours of 11:00 am - 5:00 p.m., at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana with family hour being held from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m., at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

The graveside rites will commence on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in the gardens of Roundgrove Cemetery, Shreveport, Louisiana.
