Mrs. Walters will lie in state for visitation on Thursday, June 4, 2026, between the hours of 11:00 am - 5:00 p.m., at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The celebration of life will commence on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the sanctuary of New Bethel Baptist Church, Shreveport, Louisiana.
