Mrs. Sherica Kepney

Sherica Kepney was born January 18, 1985 in Shreveport, La. She began her journey with Christ at an early age, and was baptized at St. Rest Baptist Church by Rev. John B. Simons.  Sherica graduated from Woodlawn High School in 2003. She later attended Southern University of Shreveport. Sherica was employed by CenturyLink Center as a CSA, but was much more passionate about her role as a full-time mom and wife. Sherica had a heart of gold, and absolutely loved everyone’s children. Her acts of kindness and thoughtfulness towards those in need were known by many and she always knew exactly the right gift to give to the ones she loved. Sherica married the love of her life, Timmy Kepney, September 29, 2012 and had her two most prized Christmas gifts, Timberly and Timorie, on December 24, 2016.

Preceding her in death are her children Madison and Daveon Anderson, great grandmother Christine S. Anderson, grandmother Tommie Jean Anderson, aunt Gloria Struggs, and great uncle Gary Scott.   Sherica leaves to cherish her memory, her husband Timmy Kepney; daughters, Tiffany Carter, twins Timberly and Timorie Kepney; sons, Tedarius and Marquinn Thomas; Goddaughters Charmaine "Snuk" Williams and Ja’Miyah Dotson; grandchildren, Kernisha (Antonio) Cole, Kamiya Mason, Aniya Cole, Kymani Cole, Quinnton Thomas, Marquinn Thomas Jr., Magesty Quinn Thomas, Hailee Allen, and Zariah Carter; her mother Tonninett Anderson, sisters LaShonda Phelps (Marcus) and Thelma Anderson as well as many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and loyal friends.
