Mrs. Monroe will lie in state for visitation on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, between the hours of 11:00 am. - 6:00 p.m., at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home in Shreveport, Louisiana.
The celebration of life will commence on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 11:00 am.., in the gardens of Saint Paul Cemetery, Koran, Louisiana.
