On behalf of the Management and Staff of Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, in conjunction with the James Family, we announce the services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Owens James.

Mrs. James will lie in state for visitation on Friday, May 16, 2025, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., at Greater New Zion Baptist Church in Benton, Louisiana.

The celebration of life will commence on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.., in the sanctuary of Greater New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Benton, Louisiana. 

Mrs. James will rest in the gardens of Benton Community Cemetery, Benton, Louisiana.
