Celebration of life services for Mrs. Barbara Joe Collins, 70, will be 1 p.m. Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, 1339 Jewell St. Bishop Charles Lawrence, officiating. Interment will follow at Lincoln Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 Friday at Heavenly Gates.
