Celebration of life services for Mr. Willie Lee Arthur O'neal Jr., 56, will be 11 a.m., Saturday, August 18, 2018 at New Testament United Pentecostal Church, 8787 Walker Rd. Minister James D. French, Jr., officiating. Interment will follow at Carver Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at Heavenly Gates.
