Mr. L.M. Simmmons

On behalf of the Management and Staff of Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, in conjunction with the Simmons Family, we announce the services for Mr. L.M. Simmons. 

Brother L.M. Simmons the son of the late Odis and Ella Jackson Simmons. He was the 5th child born of 9 children. 

Brother L.M. Simmons joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church at an early age. 

He graduated from Walnut Hill High school, class of 1969. He is a retiree from Frymaster. 

He is preceded in death by (1) sister Ola Mae Whitaker, (4) brothers Odis Jr, Miller (Pig), Curley, and Charles Simmons.

He leaves to cherish one son Derrick Simmons, two grandchildren Desmond and Jacoby Simmons. Two sisters Ruth Simmons and Shirley Snell, 1 brother Donald Simmons. Special nieces Wendy Roberson, Jenifer Roberson-McQuarters, Dynasty Manning, and Ashley Belion.
