Mr. Stills will lie in state for visitation on Thursday, December 19, 2024, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home.

The graveside rites will commence on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., in the gardens of Carver Memorial Cemetery, Shreveport, Louisiana.
