It is with sadness we announce the passing of Edison “Sharpy” G. Hogan, Jr., on Saturday, January 15, 2022 the beloved husband of Hettie R. Hogan.  A native of Shreveport, Louisiana and a resident of Irondale, Alabama.   Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Zion Baptist Church - John H. Wilson Chapel, 3038 Hollywood Ave., Shreveport, LA on Saturday January 29, 2022 at 11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Lincoln Cemetery.   Kappa Alpha Psi Ritual will begin at 10:30 am. Visitation at the same location on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
