Shreveport - Celebration of life services for Mr. Carl Ira Robinson (70) will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Elizabeth Baptist Church, Benton, LA. Pastor Doyle R. Adams, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Centuries Memorial Park, 8801 Mansfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71108.

Family visitation will be from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Elizabeth Baptist Church, 301 Old Bellevue Rd, Benton, LA 71006.

Mr. Robinson entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 21, 2022, after a long illness.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Doris Samuels Robinson, after 48 years of marriage; his son, Derek DeMas Robinson, daughter-in-law Heather Taylor Robinson, granddaughter, Simone Robinson, and grandson Victor Robinson, one sister, Glenda R. Simmons, one brother, John R. Robinson, a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
