Cpt. Kinchen will lie in state for visitation on Friday, June 26, 2026, between the hours of 11:00 am - 6:00 p.m., at Zion Baptist - John H. Wilson Chapel in Shreveport, Louisiana.

The celebration of life will commence on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in the sanctuary of Mount Paran Baptist Church, Shreveport, Louisiana.
