Ms. Debbie Solomon

Debbie Lynn Solomon was born on March 18, 1956 in Shreveport, La. She went to her eternal home on February 13, 2019 in Shreveport La. She was preceded in death by her brother Dewayne Lewis. She is survived by her mother Jerleane Solomon, sisters Patrena Scott and Vernita Blackmon, nieces Kimberly Lewis and Tayaka Scott, nephews Robert Scott, Jr, Dewayne Lewis, Jr, Kareem Lewis, and Jarot Blackmon, great nieces and nephews Kyron Jordan, Anaihya Jordan, and Amari Jordan, and a host of other relatives. Debbie worked for Ochsner Health, (formerly LSU Health) for over twenty years.  She was a member of Union Spring Baptist Church where she was in the church choir.  Family Hour will be held at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home on February 22, 2019 from 7:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m.  Funeral services will be held at Union Spring Baptist Church on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m under the pastoral direction of Pastor Roosevelt Seaberry. Interment to follow at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
