Mrs. Gloria Jean Henderson

SHREVEPORT, LA

On August 1, 2017, Gloria Jean Henderson, beloved mother, grandmother, and faithful servant of the Lord was called home.  She is survived by, daughter, Carolyn Blackstone, grandchildren, Vashon Blackstone, Mundreun Blackstone, Tremell Foster, Quangela Bailey, LaToya Harris, Kerwin Chauncey Blackstone, 11 great-grandchildren, a niece, Cynthia Diggs, and the grand and great-grandchildren of her twin sister, Castine Clark, who preceded her in death.

Open Visitation will be held at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home on Friday August 11, 2017 from 12pm-7pm.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday August 12, 2017, 11:00 AM, at Bryant's Temple COGIC, located at 6805 West Canal Boulevard, Shreveport, Louisiana.
 

Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial, positioned at 6915 West 70th Street.
