Celebration of life services for Mrs. Ethel Lee Payne, 76, will be 12 noon, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Avenue B. C., 901 70th St. Pastor Clarence Hicks, officiating. Interment will follow at Zion Rest Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m., Friday at Avenue B.C.
