Services for Mr. Joseph Robert Balthazar, 85, will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1558 Buena Vista St. The Very Rev. Rothell Price, officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Family visitation will be 6:30 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament.
