Mr. Jimmie Lee King

Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Pineville B.C.,  Open visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at Heavenly Gates.

Mr Jimmie King was born January 26, 1957 to Joseph King Jr and Mary Magdalene King.  Brother King accepted Christ at and early age and was baptized September 10, 1967 at Pineville Baptist Church.
On April 10, 1976 Jimmie King was joined in holy matrimony to Brenda Johnson.  Three children were born unto this union.
Brother Jimmie King was later joined in holy matrimony on May 20, 2017 to Gloria Wilson.  They were married two years when he went home to be with the Lord on August 8, 2019.  He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Milton and Beatrice McKinney; paternal grandparents, Joseph Sr. and Alice King; one son, Johnnie Lee; and one grandson, Brian King Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Mary King Johnson; his father, Joseph King Jr; one uncle, George McKinney (Helen); his wife, Gloria King; six sisters, Francis King, Beatrice King (Calvin), Alice Louise King, Cathy Jo King, Karlene Yvonne King, Lisa Renne King; six brothers, Earnest King, Nathaniel King, Carl Anthony King, Mark Allen King, David Lee King, Kenneth Joseph King; one play sister, Lakortney Robinson; one daughter, Jamika King (Frank); two sons, Brian King (TaQuisha) and Brandon King (Erika); one step-daughter, Shannon Martin (Xavier); three step-sons, Willie Wilson Jr, Shaun Wilson and Patrick Wilson (Brittaney); 14 grandchildren, Kejuan, Niyah, Da'Quelin, Nevaeh, Jayden, Jayla, Avianka, Keashaun, William, Jordan, Scarlett, Morgan, Silas, Lola; twenty nephews; 15 nieces; 21 great-nephews and great-nieces; one long-term friend, Louise (Blue) Jones; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
