Celebration of life services for Mr. Frank J. Young, 65, will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2019 in the Chapel of Heavenly Gates. Pastor Johnny Young, officiating. Interment will follow at Northwest La. Veteran's Cemetery. Open visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.
