Mr. Charles Ray Washington transitioned on January 28, 2018.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018, 11:00 AM, at Bellaire Baptist Church, 1210 Bellaire Boulevard.

Interment will follow in Carver Memorial Cemetery.

Open visitation will be held on Friday, February 2, at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home.
