Celebration of life services for Mrs. Phyllicia Ja'Mille Phelps, 28, will be 11 a.m., Friday, July 6, 2018 at Word of God Ministries, 6645 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Pastor James McMenis, officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Family visitation will be Thursday at Heavenly Gates.
