­­­­­­Mrs. Patricia Mayes, 46, transitioned on May 16, 2017, at University Health Hospital in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017, 11:00 AM, in the Chapel of Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, 1339 Jewell Street. 

Interment will follow in Moore's Chapel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 6:00 & 7:00 PM on Friday, June 2, at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home.
