Mrs. Pamela Dixon Obituary

SHREVEPORT, LA

Funeral Service for Pamela "Pam" Dixon, 57, will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 12 noon at the Faith Lutheran Church, 4157 Lakeshore Dr. Rev. Michael Shannon, officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. The Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony, will be 5 p.m., Friday at Faith Lutheran Church, followed by family visitation at 6 p.m.

After graduation from Woodlawn High School in 1979, Pam attended University of Louisiana at Monroe and Louisiana Tech University.

Much of Pam's life was devoted to 34 years of service with the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Department . Pam was a active member of Sigma Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She is survived by her daughter; Brittney "Brit" Nicole; mother, Vera Jean O'Neal; her fiancé, Mickey J. Durden; uncle, Leroy Mitchell, Jr.; aunt, Frances M. Parker (Ben); Godson, Learthur Towler, III.; and a host of cousins and friends.
