Mrs. Mallissia Bettis Baylor

SHREVEPORT, LA

­­­­­­Mrs. Mallissia B. Baylor, 92, transitioned following a lengthy illness on July 15, 2016, at Highland Place Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Shreveport.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016, 11:00 AM, at From Bondage to Freedom Church on Hollywood Avenue.  Apostle Cornell Hamilton, officiating.

Interment will follow in Union Forbing Cemetery.

Open visitation will be held between the hours of 12:00 & 8:00 PM on Friday, July 22, at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
