Mrs. Alice Carter Mitchell transitioned on July 16, 2017, at Garden Park Nursing Home in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was 104 years old.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017, 11:00 AM, at Bethel Baptist Church in Frierson, Louisiana.  Pastor Taylor, officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Open visitation will be held on Friday, July 21, at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home.
