Mr. Pervis Johnson transitioned on July 19, 2016, at Grace Home Hospice in Shreveport.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016, 1:00 PM, at Evergreen Baptist Church on Allen Avenue.  Rev. Kenneth Thompson, officiating.

Interment will follow in Union Forbing Cemetery.

The Family will receive friends between the hours of 6:00 & 7:00 PM on Friday, July 29, at Evergreen Baptist Church.
