­­­­­­Mr. Monroe Ballard transitioned on October 12, 2016, at Christus Highland Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016, 11:00 AM, at Evergreen Baptist Church on Allen Avenue.  Pastor Arthur Douglas, officiating.

Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park.

The Family will receive friends between the hours of 10:00 & 11:00 AM on Monday morning, at Evergreen Baptist Church.
