Mr. Harry Parker, Jr., transitioned on February 22, 2017, at Willis Knighton South Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 27, 2017, 10:00 AM, in the Chapel of Heavenly Gates Funeral Home, 1339 Jewell Street.  

Interment will follow in Northwest Louisiana Veteran's Cemetery in Keithville, Louisiana.

Mr. Parker was a 1964 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School and a retiree of Lucent Technologies.

He is survived by 3 daughters, 6 grandchildren, 2 sisters, 1 brother, nephews and friends.
