Mr. Bobby Joe Major

SHREVEPORT, LA

­­­­­­Mr. Bobby J. Major transitioned on November 27, 2016, at his residence in Shreveport, Louisiana, following a brief illness.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016, 2:30 PM, at Fountain of Life Church, 2307 Meriwether Road.  Pastor Carl Franklin, officiating.

Interment will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park.

Mr. Major will lie in state all day from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 PM on Friday, December 2, and the family will receive friends between the hours of 6:00 & 7:00 PM, at Fountain of Life.

He is survived by his mother; Alberta Major Williams, 3 children; Ciara, Devonte', and Jarvis Cloman, one grandson; Cameron Cloman, 3 brothers, 6 sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
